1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

* By placing an order, you confirm that you are ready to accept and pay for the item when the courier arrives.

* You must provide a valid and reachable Zambian phone number. Our team will call or text you to confirm the order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled.

2. Delivery & Payment

* Delivery times vary depending on your location within Zambia (Lusaka, Copperbelt, or other provinces).

* Payment must be made in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) directly to the delivery rider upon receiving your package. 

3. Pricing and Products

* All prices listed on our product page are final and shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

* We reserve the right to change prices or update product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

4. Customer Conduct

Providing false addresses or repeatedly refusing confirmed delivery packages may result in your phone number and address being blacklisted from future orders across our network.
